Orders & Shipping
All our prices are currently listed in Australian dollars.
We accept payment online via direct debit or PayPal account or PayPal Guest Credit Card Facility.
If you would prefer to not buy online, please give us a call or email anytime, we can invoice via email.

For all orders placed online, from items we have in stock delivery within Australia is 3 to 7 days.
Shipping costs are calculated at time of purchase.
For special orders freight costs will be included in pricing and will be via Aust. Post or TNT, unless otherwise arranged.

If you are genuinely dis-satisfied with your product, we will provide a full refund of the item cost, upon return of the goods to us.
For custom made designs, a design proof will always be provided, to ensure the expected outcome as much as possible.
It is important to note that Traditional Bali Flags are made by hand, and there is occasionally some variance between lots and also between individual flags.
